As a chef with 20 years of experience, he has had the privilege of working alongside Michelin-starred chefs from various cuisines around the world, including Australia, Europe, and America.

Throughout these years, he has cooked for millions of guests, but the food that truly satisfies him is the local cuisine. However, he wanted to give it a fusion touch—keeping it traditional and authentic, yet adding a modern twist. That’s why it became the restaurant’s tagline! With a deep desire and passion for native food, he opened Vintage Restaurant on October 20th, 2019.
